Subject: MOVIE Night

Next Sunday night, February 25, we will be watching a movie, Facing the Giants.  It is a Christian movie about a Christian High School's football team and it's coach and how their attitude toward life dramatically changes.  Yea, it's cliche, and in parts pretty cheesy, but it will make you think and we will be discussing it after watching it.  Consider it "Friday Night Lights" or "Remember The Titans" without all the sex, drugs, violence, and rock 'n roll.

 

Youth Group starts at 6:45, the movie is at 7:00 PM Sharp - don't be late.  We will go until 9:30, so don't forget to tell your parents we will be late.   Popcorn and snacks will be provided.  Come with an open mind and see what you can get from the movie (hint - that last comment was for YOU, Schweitzer!)
