YOUTH SUNDAY this weekend: You might want to print this out

What an awesome weekend at Gretna Glen.  Thank you!

This weekend:

YOUTH Sunday this weekend!: we are doing the service at 11am, and some of you are doing it at 8:15am.  Here's the deal (and it's in the order the worship service will go):

 

11am service:

Diana and I are playing Canon in D for the Prelude (when can you rehearse this week,

                                                                                                                                                                                                    Diana?)

Casey is doing the opening reading

 

Casey and Christine are leading the praise and prayer request time. 

Christine will say the prayer.

 

Sarah and Linz will do the Children's Sermon

 

The Junior High Sunday School Class will do a drama

 

Matt Myers will read the scripture

 

Sermon time:  Jackie will intro, Devin MacNeill, Matt Schweitzer, and Emily Hodge are sharing thus far.  I would still like 1-2 more youth or college kids who will share.  The sharing can be 2 minutes to 5 minutes, talking about what our church, youth group, etc. mean to you.

We will close the sermon time by signing to "The Voice of Thre Lord"  (involved:  Andrew, Ross, Christine, Linz, hopefully Carolyn, Christine, Alex, Ashley, Laura, Diana, and Christa if she wants to.)  We will practice this at 9:15 in the sanctuary).

Adelyn will play the Offertory.

I need some to take the offertory and do the offertory prayer.

 

8:15 service  (abbreviated version of 11am)

The same people will sharing above will share during the sermon time.

I would love to do "The Voice of the Lord".  I realize this requires an additional rehearsal time, but I am willing if you are.  Please let me know.
