alternative to Holland Exchange

Had a long conversation with John O (founder of AB) just now.  I am also meeting with him tomorrow night night at Beth Meth.  He has an opportunity for us this summer (2005) that I think you will all want to hear about.  It looks like it would be 2 weeks in Eastern Europe (including Vienna, Hungary, and Slovakia).  The mission is to teenagers, but is much larger than the information you've already received about the Festival. 

 

If you are 15 and have completed the 9th grade you are eligible to go.  College kids, you are welcome, too!   The dates are roughly: July 28 - August 13th.  I have lots of info on it and will be at MYF early this Sunday night at 6:45  to discuss it with any youth (and their parents) who would like to hear the particulars.  Know that I am not certain yet if this will work out in my own family, so I'm in the same boat you all are.  But I think it makes sense to discuss this opportunity and see what everyone wants to do.  Please let me know if you will be coming at 6:45 on Sunday to talk about it.  Thanks!
