Update

I just talked to Lauralee who has heard from Harold.  Here's some updated info:

 

Fireworks at Mt. Rushmore were great.

 

POW WOW with the Lakota on Saturday night was very interesting.

 

30 people came to worship and saw the Empty Spot drama.

 

They were unable to work at one of the sites, so there are 1 1/2 teams at 2 worksites doing the best they can.

 

It takes 2 hours to go ANYwhere  (ed. note - of course they ARE in the middle of nowhere)

 

Everyone is totally enjoying their COLD showers (no hot water). (ed. note - yea, right.  Glad I'm not there, my idea of roughing it is Pittsburgh Project)

 

Everyone is very tired.

 

They're getting more kids each day with VBS.

Apparently some of the cell phones are working, since Lauralee has talked almost every day with Harold.  I've sent text messages to all the cell phones that I have and asked them for more updates.
