Fw: Pine Ridge Team Update 07.11.04 2:45PM

Greetings to all!

 

I just spoke to Jackie and they are in Ohio, less than 100 miles from the Pennsylvania border! Sounds like they are all eager to get into the good old home state!!

 

They had a "big lunch" at a truck stop, and held their worship "service" in the lounge of the rest stop. It sure sounds like their lights are still bright and burning for the Lord! At this point, they expect to be back to the Marshallton UMC parking lot between 8 and 9PM. The group will start making their calls about one hour from "home."

 

They continue to travel together; the only "disconnect" was through Chicago. But, the multitude of communication methods are still in tact.

 

Jackie still lays claim to the word "awesome" when asked to describe the trip. God was and still is with them! The team worked beautifully and with great flexibility!

 

They are trying to catch up on some sleep. Keep praying for them! AND especially for those who are behind the wheels!
